Street Fighter 4 MODs

**There are certain limitations you should be aware of when modding for Street Fighter 4.

- You can not add or remove geometry.
- You can not change the UVs.
- You can not flip triangle directions.
- You can not change the weighting of vertices for the bind.
- You can not change the texture maps resolution.
